Wahyu Adiartono

Dr. Wahyu, is a thorough and success-driven professional with extensive experience in engineering,

Training and certification, business administration, as well as community development. He has been recognised for his excellence in mining engineering, contributions to peace education, logistics optimisation, service management, and working standards development in various industries.
Dr. Wahyu holds a patent for “Panduan 12 Nilai Dasar Simulasi Secara Karantina” and is the founder of several LSP and training centers in oil and gas, mining, and supply chain management. His remarkable expertise brought him to hold certification as BNSP Master Assessor and Master Trainer. He also involved to develop a number of SKKK (Special Work Competency Standards) and SKKNI (Work Competency Standards of Indonesia).

Novel Tjahyadi

Novel is an accomplished and award-winning senior leader with professional experience in general management,

corporate strategy, international business, operations management, program management, innovation, digital transformation, business development, coaching, and interpersonal and communication skills. With over 23 years of growing his professional career and entrepreneurial ventures overseas, Novel has held various senior leadership roles in multinational organisations, within Technology, Energy, Consulting and Education domains in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
An entrepreneur at heart, Novel has co-founded two Dubai-based companies, Inti Hub (Innovation Consulting) and Gulfware (Technology Solutions). He is a sought-after adjunct faculty at Heriot-Watt University (HWU) Dubai campus, a keen startup mentor, and keynote speaker.

Ita Puji Hastuti

Ita has a wealth of experience in the human resources field, with 30 years of working in the HR department.

Ita have held various leadership roles in HR in top tier multinational companies. She initiated her career with Bachelor of Science degree from UGM and Master of Science from the University of Colorado, she grows her professionalism.
Ita also has specialisation in Business Administration Management and Organisational Development.
